To welcome 550 top-performing employees to tropical Far North Queensland, we created a unique venue deep in the heart of sugar cane country. This exclusive incentive celebration was produced with just three weeks’ notice – the type of challenge that we love at Rebel Playground.

Guests were transported to our secret location through a cane-lined track before arriving at our dreamy oasis – a traditional working shed transformed into a deluxe night market. Sugarcane and rum cocktails, Aussie tunes, and a serene sunset welcomed guests before the night was lit up with festoons and coloured lighting. Farm machinery literally set the stage as diggers, tractors, and cane trailers became beer bars, oyster stations and a stage for the band. We worked with the executive chef of the local restaurant Nu Nu to provide a taste of the tropics served from a range of food stalls. Our custom-built Saloon Bar and G’DAY welcome wall provided the perfect backdrops for making memories and taking selfies!
