Each year, American multinational software company Autodesk rewards and celebrates its top sales performers with an international trip. Rebel Playground was appointed by ID Events Australia, one of Australia’s major inbound operators, to produce an out-of-this-world experience for 200 high-performing sales experts and their partners in Port Douglas, Far North Queensland.

Working with the US-based client team, we were tasked with imagining, designing, building and delivering a multiday program of special events showcasing quintessential Australian experiences that guests had never experienced. Our busy schedule of uniquely-themed events included a Poolside Welcome party, a Big Aussie BBQ, and a gala closing dinner with a Circus Bizircus theme. With custom builds, luxe styling, and a jam-packed entertainment line-up, our team made the trek north with three semi-trailers laden with everything we needed to deliver an unforgettable experience for our international guests.
