Flames of the Forest, Port Douglas' ultimate rainforest event space, was transformed into a 'Daintree dreamscape' for a client's lavish private party. Vivid lighting illuminated a generous marque and towering canopy, creating a wonderland where guests could lose themselves under a starlit sky.

A luxurious custom-built dining room brought the outside in with a draped forest green chiffon ceiling and walls, matching velvet tablecloths, gold accenting and sculptural table centrepieces inspired by the forest floor. Nick Holloway of Nunu's curated a decadent menu showcasing the best that Tropical North Queensland has to offer 

MC'd by enigmatic performer, 'Master of the Stage' and 'Hostess with the Mostess', Sheba Williams guided a night of performances and experiential activities, from a Welcome to Country and smoking ceremony to live encounters with native animals wrangled by experienced handlers. Guests began their evening capturing the perfect souvenir at one of the site's custom-built photo studios and saw out the night with two solid hours of dancing on a heaving dancefloor, with the energy of a nightclub,  without a care in the world.
